This morning the Mozilla community released Firefox 3.6 Beta 4, making it available for free download and issuing an update for all Firefox 3.6 beta users. This update contains over 100 fixes from the last Firefox 3.6 beta, containing many improvements for web developers, Add-on developers, and users. Almost 70% of the thousands of Firefox Add-ons have now been upgraded by their authors to be compatible with Firefox 3.6 Beta. Have you ever needed to hide a drive on a system? For example, suppose you manage a system shared by multiple users in a public area, and you keep diagnostic and management applications on a separate drive.
Follow these steps:
- Launch the Registry Editor (Regedit.exe). From Start -> Run -> write regedit.exe and press [Enter].
- Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows \CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
- Right-click the Servers key, and select New | DWORD value.
- Name the value NoDrives
- Press [Enter] twice to open the Edit DWORD Value dialog box.
- Using the list below, type a number that corresponds to the drive you want to hide in the Value Data text box, and click OK
